Whiteacre is an online blog that publishes investment-related content for individual, professional, accredited and institutional investors via its website and newsletter service.
Any use of this website, its newsletter and the content therein is conditioned upon the acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions as well as our Data Protection Policy. Agreement with our Terms & Conditions becomes immediately effective upon accessing any of our content.

Terms and conditions of newsletter subscription & use of website content
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your ("you" or "your" or "subscriber") subscription and use of the content and newsletter provided or made available to you by Whiteacre UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (collectively "Company", "we", "us" or "our").
1.2 By subscribing to our newsletter and accessing our related services (the “Services”), you specifically agree to: (i) these Terms; (ii) receive email and other communications from us; and (iii) receive advertisements and information sent by us.
2. Risks associated with our content
2.1 ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN ANY CONTENT ON OUR WEBSITE AND NEWSLETTER IS NOT AND SHOULD NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, BE VIEWED AS INVESTMENT ADVICE. ANY IDEAS OR ANY RESEARCH CONTENT MAY BE VIEWED FOR INFORMATIONAL OR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
2.2 Any content on both our website and newsletter is prepared using solely publicly available information. There is no guarantee that the information on which our content is based upon is accurate or false.

The subscription fees, if applicable, and any other charges payable by you in connection with your subscription for the Newsletter (including any applicable taxes) shall be as per the rates in effect at the time of your subscription ("Subscription Fees").
3.2 Unsubscribe: You can, at any time, stop your subscription to our Newsletters by providing us with a written notice at hello@whiteacre.net or by following the unsubscribe button in a newsletter edition.
3.3 Reserved Rights: The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend or cancel your subscription at any time. Further, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach these Terms, with or without notice and without further obligation to you. We may also suspend or terminate your subscription if we are prevented from providing the Newsletter or Services to you by circumstances beyond our control.
3.8 Non-transferable: Upon you subscribing to our Newsletter, your right to subscribe to the Newsletter is not transferable to any other person.
4. Intellectual property rights
4.1 The Newsletter and the content on our website contains information, copyrights and other proprietary materials owned, registered and used by the Company (“Company’s IP”). The Company is the exclusive owner of the Company’s IP and any unauthorized use of the Company’s IP is strictly prohibited and all rights in same are reserved by the Company. 5. Representations or warranties

5.2 The Newsletter, including without limitation all Content delivered as part of the Newsletter, is provided "as is", "as available" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-interference with data, availability, accuracy, or that the Newsletter or the Services are error free and any warranties implied by any course of performance or usage of trade, all of which are expressly disclaimed.
